We are the areas leading experts in mixed martial arts (MMA). Chris Elms is the head MMA instructor and is the former I.S.C.F. middle weight mma champion. He is a certified brown belt in jiu-jitsu and a black belt in judo. Chris is also a former high school wrestling assistant coach. Mark Greubel is the asst. coach for the U.S. kickboxing team and has internatioanl coaching experience. He has represented the U.S. in Italy, France, Canada, Croatia . . .
