We are the areas leading experts in mixed martial arts (MMA). Chris Elms is the head MMA instructor and is the former I.S.C.F. middle weight mma champion. He is a certified brown belt in jiu-jitsu and a black belt in judo. Chris is also a former high school wrestling assistant coach.
