Core arts are Tactical Hapkido and Tae Kwon Do. Hapkido uses joint manipulation, pressure points, throws and take downs. Tae Kwon Do uses kicks, blocks and strikes. Aspects of other styles include Escrima (Arnis), Kung Fu, Jeet Kune Do, Ground Fighting and Hosinsu.
