WDMA has been serving the Lake& McHenry Co. area for 10 years. Teaching Character Development to Children as young as 4 yrs old. We also have a great Teen and Adult program too. We just entered in to the MMA last year. We have some great KIckboxers and MMa Fighters. We also have a Kardio Kickboxing program for the ones that want to train like a fighter but not get into the ring.
