Our focus is on perpetuating the art of Ed Parker's American Kenpo, and we also offer classes in Modern Arnis Jujitsu. A FREE two week trial is offered to all first time students. No appointment necessary. Find your class time online, wear comfortable clothing and come in 5-10 minutes before your class starts. Call or email so that we may answer any questions you might have.
